TERMS & CONDITIONS, DELIVERY, RETURNS & PRIVACY
Welcome to St. Cyr website terms and conditions – the small print and legalese bit. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Dispatch Times
Orders once, completed are sent on a next working day service unless otherwise stated, with delivery included in the price.
Leadtime may vary depending on the type of garment selected and the print chosen, but customers should allow a lead time of 7-15 business days.
We ship to most European countries.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, or PayPal. If you have paid on your credit card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.
If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages these must be reported immediately on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.
Returns
For most of our products, we have a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ to notify us if you wish to return or exchange, the product and another 14 days to send them back. This period begins the day you receive the goods that you have ordered. This applies to all cancellable goods.
What Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, some items cannot be cancelled or a non-refundable, which are goods made to your specific requirements, is personalised, or otherwise cannot be re-sold owing to a bespoke element.
To avoid disappointment, and if unsure, please check prior to ordering whether an item is cancellable or non-refundable.
We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require then you can return them for a full refund. This does not include personalised items or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received in.
To return your items please use the return form. To obtain a returns form please log into your account, click on order history then click on the order you wish to return items from. Then click the products within the order that you wish to return. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click return items, you will then be emailed your returns form. Print it off and send the items back to us. Please note, we do not pay for return postage and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us, so we recommend using a signed for service. We will refund the original delivery charge if you are returning your whole, complete order. Part returns will only be refunded for the garments received. If you have placed your order without opening an account, please contact us and we will upgrade you so you will be able to receive a returns form.
If you have received the wrong items or faulty items, please contact us and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items before decorating or altering. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website, we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Delivery
We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by St-Cyr.co.uk. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of St-Cyr.co.uk. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provision.

- In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we will use your information lawfully.
- When you order from us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Your credit card information is held securely by our shopping cart providers, PayPal.com and Stripe. We also gather information on any third party who may receive any item you send them (this includes the person’s name and address) and we will retain a record of your purchases.
- We do NOT store your credit card information on our website or keep your credit card details in our office – details are held securely in an encrypted format by PayPal.com and Stripe.
